Disappointed

I have tried very hard to not lose patience with Clicks Pharmacy in Plattekloof Village. But I have now given up on promises made.

One week ago I sent an email requesting an answer to a simple query. I have NOT YET received a reply despite sending a follow up email yesterday.

The fact that I have been a loyal customer since they opened this branch a few years ago, doesn’t seem to matter when it comes to customer service.

If only they followed the saying, "treat your customer the way you would like to be treated”!!

I am very angry.
