Disappointed

Visited Clicks kingsburgh on the 6th Jan, we bought vermox but then realized after check out that we have it at home and decided to return it. My niece was literally at the door when i asked her to get it refunded. We had paid cash for it but got the meds @ Otc.. 1stly no1 knew how the refund should be done, so we had to walk up & down from front shop supervisor to The pharmacist (Shantal) who was very rude. I explained to her that i did not leave the store but she insisted that i read the notice pertaining to returns of meds and was not willing to hear me out nor assist. Another pharmacist came to our rescue (Mbali) because she had literally served us 2mins ago and pointed out that we had not left with the meds and it could still be changed. Your till point supervisor (Nomfundo) needs serious Customer service training because she obviously does not know the meaning of the word customers service.!! She went on and on until i literally had to ask her to stop talking because iv heard enough.. This branch needs to do better!!!
