Disappointed

I visited a Clicks store at the Newpark Center in Kimberley Northern Cape and as I walked to the pharmacy, I was appalled. There were about 6-7 people waiting to be assisted (myself included) and not one Pharmacist or Pharmacist Assistant was available. After waiting for +- 10 minutes, they all decided to come out from the back. I am really disappointed in the service of the staff.
