Disappointed

<p>Received an email on the 4th May 2016 stating that a received a welcome to baby club voucher of R50off when i purchase over R250.00 items</p> <p>I have attempted using it on the 22/05/2015 as Soshanguve Crossing Clicks they said oit doesn't appear on their system they advised that I call customer service, I did so on the 24/05/2015 spoke to Zian I think he put me on hold for a long time then advised that they will look into and get back to me, thus far no one has contacted me</p> <p>I then forwarded the email to *** and to *** on the 1June, I received a reply on the 3/6/2016 from Carmen Londts explaining that because i bought Nan Perlagon i somehow forfeited the voucher, but nothing was explained before and besides the Soshanguve crossing branch said the voucher was not on th system not sure when i Forfeited that day or before cause i buy Nan perlagon every week and if it was before was wasnt i told on the till points that the is a voucher like they always remind us with our cash backs? I am extremely dissapointed in Clicks </p>
