Disappointed

Clicks Prominade Mitchell's plain on the 28.04.2021 went for my essential shopping then on the pay point realized I forgot my club card but luckily clicks sends emails every now nd then of their specials so I open my emails and gave them my club card nmbr to punch it manually the cashier said he is not allowed he called supervisor Nonzukiso mkaliphi when she told me clicks doesn't allow than I told her I did it in canal walk sometimes Goodwood mall I asked for store manager Mr G ARENDSE where he just telling me about having app nd if I dont hav app they cant help me he was more of selling an app than helping a customer...ended up not buying as they say they can't help cz they dont have a proof it's me I had my ID which I told him cz when thy puch thy will see who it belongs to so I was not serviced by clicks yesterday though I had the club card number
