Dirty waffle maker

I bought a beautiful red waffle maker machine and then I got home and opened the package . It had batter inside the machine and oil . It was disgusting and disappointing that Clicks would put a used device back in the shelf . Also when plugging it into the wall socket for power it tripped my whole house . I am not a happy customer.
