Direspectfull rude and bad service

<p>both a towel set clicks sancadia pretoria , i saw a advert which said that you can get3 sets for the price one , we i got to the cashier koekie who informed me that its is not the case needles to say i actually ask a sales person charles if it is so he told me that i can get it ,they called the store manager kabello who does not have sence of customer service which told me that i dont understand english . </p> <p>Kabelo than phone the regional manage Sipho who tell me that i dont know anytinh of customer seevice and that i should not treathen him that he could loose his job i can report him to who ever i want too no one of them extually tried to help me as a customer they just kept on accusing me of not listening to them and that i am wrong because the advert did not say what i saw . Please advice me </p>
