DIGITAL VOUCHER NOT RECOGNIZED

I tried to use a digital gift voucher at the Clicks branch in Harvest Place Mall, Kempton Park. I produced the printed copy of said voucher and the manageress would not honour it. Said she'd never heard of a digital voucher before.
