Digital voucher

I bought a digital voucher from clicks pharmacy online on the 18 of march as a birthday gift to a friend, she havent received any voucher and to date i haven't received any feedback regarding the voucher even though the number i provided was correct. I have called and have been sent from pillar to post. I even send them an email requesting a refund since they were to doing anything with my complain
