Did not receive goods

on unpacking my goods purchased from Clicks on Saturday, I noticed that 3 Lindt chocolates i've purchased were not in the bag. First the cashier charged me double for the chocolates, my friend noticed this and she took it off again. Then I was charged for 4 chocolates, which I never received. Clearly I am not coming all the way to Tygervalley centre just for this to be corrected. Please can the cash value be loaded onto my Clubcard to be redeemed on a future purchase. <br> <br> Thank you
