Deplorable service

<p>I went to the local clicks store based in stanger kzn just as the store doors closed. I enquired if I could be allowed to enter the store and was refused entry. I then proceeded to leave heading to the pick and pay next door, when I was called back into the store by a staff member. On entering the store I was approached by the manager who refused me service. Being a loyal customer to clicks I am disgusted with the attitude of the manager of this store who refused me service . After being called back to the store by the staff. I wasted my time and effort returning to the store. I requested the number for clicks customer services or the regional manager which I was refused. </p> <p>Why was this info refused to be given to me. </p> <p>Having read all the posts here on hello Peter, I wonder if clicks does care about the services they provide to the clients, or just don't give a hoot about them</p>
