Denied medical emergency by clicks pharmacy Gezina.

I went to click to collect my monthly medication as one of the retailers and pharmacy who has my record of prescription from Dr. S Nel in the North West. I have been collecting this medication from clicks from February and these people who are trying to convince me about not being able to give me my April dose were overly not remorseful and considerate that I do not have medication to drink tomorrow everything is finished today. Click’s pharmacy didn't even consider an emergency dose. Only that a prescription will enable them to give me April. I take Reaptan 5/5 to help out my hypertension, as the doctor as said I should be on medication because my blood pressure is higher. Now that I was denied medical emergency by the same store I usually take my monthly dose from. Even the person who assisted me before they called out a pharmacist made me wait for a longer time. When I go to click I always ask about the availability of the nurse so the monitoring could done, last month I was told the nurse is fully booked and this month I am being told the nurse is no availability Clicks gezina has a poor pharmacy service even when you explain to them your situation they are resentful. This experience has now caused me to consider other retailers then what I had to endure at clicks.. I left the store with shame having to wait for longer than 30min to be serviced and only to find out I am going to be denied medical emergency with a person who has also **** to me about the nurse’s working hours. And it seemed as though this man has **** about to the pharmacist already because I was only told to bring the prescription and not deal with the medical emergency I needed at that time. I am sleeping here right now not knowing what I’ll take tomorrow going forward, mind you I only have 3 months this side I do not even know a single doctor and the pharmacist also told me I should google doctors around Pretoria to be served the medical dose for this month. With who’s cost that should be done because Clicks has a record of my medical history. They made me even call doctor S Nel in front of people, what I had gone through today was a shameful experience.
