Demo/used goods sold as new

Bought a fan at the alberton city branch. When I took it out of the box it was clear that it was used, scratches all over and not switching on. I took it back within one hour of buying it. Staff were not interested in helping or exchanging. Very unhelpful and will not shop at clicks again.
