delivery times not being met

<p>Im a loyal clicks customer and was delighted when they dicided to have an online shopping option. However I'm appalled by the delivery turnaround time. One might as well just drive to clicks and pay there. I wouldnt be so dissatisfied if clicks didnt put the 1 to 3 days delivery timeframe on their website. Ive tried this online thing about 4 times now and I keep being disappointed everytime. I work in a mining town and there are not shops around, so im very dependent on clicks delivering on time. Its been a whole SEVEN business days since they dispacthed my order and still nothing. Now I have to waste my airtime chasing after the order. The worst part is when you call you arent given a satisfactory response you are told that you will be called back which sometimes takes two days.</p> <p> </p> <p>Clicks I really like shopping with you but you are really losing my support on this one.</p>
