Delivery of chronic medication on time

For the past 4 years my son's chronic medication has been delivered by Clicks Direct Medicine but the past 4 months it has been the worse customer service ever. Deliveries are never made on time. I have to phone to enquire and track my parcels all the time. I get told then I will get called back it never either happens. Service has really gone down in the call center.
