Delivery drama

I bought items on clicks online store and today I received an sms from dawn wing that my parcel was out for delivery today. I called dawn wing offices to ask the driver to call me before delivering as I was at work so I asked my caretaker to receive the parcel on behalf. I got home and there is no parcel and I checked and the sms says until 18:30 so I waited to no avail. If you don’t get rid of this useless courier company and replace it with an effective company you will loose clients as you have lost me as a client. I don’t do business with companies who do not respect their clients.
