Delivering Chocolates and Nougat that is squashed in the boxes

I got my latest order from Clicks and while they took great care to pack the toiletries I ordered, the chocolates and Nougat I ordered was squashed with 2 of the boxes compromised. As these were meant to be end of year thank you gifts, the fact that the boxes are broken, the contents somewhat squashed and it would not be right to give something in this condition, I am very disappointed in Clicks.
