DELIEVERY ITEM MISSING NO FEEDBACK OR RESOLUTION

I purchased an airfryer over a month ago ! The box failed delivery twice ! both occassions the driver didnt call me when i called the courier company they had the wrong number a week later after that conversation my box is delivered The tap worn but all boxes inside THE airfryer though not in the box !'

I logged a query #85761 I get told investigations will happen

EVENTUALLY a Johannes emails me two weeks ago with a breakdown of what will be refunded ! I mailed back i want the air fryer Im now told about investigations I LOST R1000 ... and IM TO WAIT TILL WHEN for resolution THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED
