Delayed order

Clicks online group is so unprofessional and inconsiderate. I placed an online order on the 28th of Nov but until today I haven’t received my order. I’ve been trying to call and send emails but nothing and what’s worse is the fact that they ain’t even communicating as to why it’s delaying. On the Pargo app when I try to track it, it has been waiting to be picked up by the courier since the 01st of December and today is the 10th? Wrote emails to maybe get my refund since they ain’t willing to deliver my order coz I have to leave CPT and they ain’t getting back to me.
