Delayed deliveries

I have a medication script which I requested for it to be delivered from Clicks Northgate. I received a sms on Wed, 27 May to advise that my medication is ready for collection but opted for it to be delivered. It is now Friday, 29 May and I still have not received my delivery and when I called the branch the pharmacist told me that they are short staffed with 2 people at the counter who have to service walk in clients as well as look after the back office where deliveries are arranged. For a pharmacy section that is not acceptable because as a patient I need my medication on time. Only today when I called did they dispense my medication and arranged for it to be delivered. I am extremely disappointed with the service from Clicks (Northgate).
