Delayed Clicks Order

* Order placed: May 3rd, 2020 * Delivery to take 1 - 3 working days * Clicks confirm delivery on May 7th, 2020 * "Order Delayed" correspondence: May 14th, 2020 * New delivery address provided: May 15th, 2020

Clicks' rep. told me - on May 14th - that the couriers had tried to get a hold of me. I was surprised, because nobody from the couriers actually "made contact" with me. The couriers may have used some or other form of communication which i'm not aware of, i don't know. What I DO know is that I received no calls from unknown numbers on the day in question, or the days preceding it. Subsequent to the 'order delayed' correspondence, I gave Clicks a new delivery address because the couriers claimed they couldn't locate the one i'd initially provided. On May 18th, Clicks confirmed forwarding the new address to the couriers. It's been more than 5 working days, and i still haven't received my order. Both of these addresses are in accessible urban areas, so i don't understand what the problem is. Nobody has said squat to me, the couriers have NOT made contact and the last follow up i made with Clicks has gone unanswered. This is probably the first and last time i'm ever ordering anything on Clicks' website for delivery. Nx! Manyala fela (*-_-)
