Defective Product Purchased at Clicks – Requesting a Resolution

Disappointed with a product purchased from Clicks

I purchased the Biovène Barcelona Radiance Eye Patches (60 patches) from Clicks at the beginning of August. I have only used two pairs, but the remaining patches are almost completely dry and have little to no serum left.

I am very disappointed because there are still approximately 26 pairs remaining, yet the product is essentially unusable. I have contacted Biovène and requested a refund or compensation.

As a Clicks customer, I would also like assistance from Clicks in resolving this matter, as the product was purchased from your store. I expect a reasonable resolution for a product that has not performed as it should.
