Defective appliance not replaced

My online order was defective. I sent an email for a replacement and last week Tuesday Oscar Theunis indicated that the faulty unit will be collected and a replacement to be delivered thereafter. It's a week later and even after multiple follow ups, no response. My order no. ***. Plz assist soonest!
