Deceiving marketing

I am not impressed at all with the deceiving information provided by Clicks to online shopping clients. On the 27th of April I shopped online for essential goods simply because their delivery turnaround was stated as 1 to 3 days. That time frame now has passed and when I checked the order status it still shows processing. I then decided to call the contact center this morning and was treated very ill by their unprofessional agent. She just went dead on me stopped answering my questions. I find Clicks' business practices to be *********.
