Dealing with giant ******* !!!!

I am disgusted an appalled at the same time.

Who gave you authority to continue with processing my script. I received no call. Previous months I would get an sms advising that it is time for my script. I would get a call from the pharmacy inquiring if they can continue with the script. This month no sms and no call only a sms saying the script have been process. I do not need the medication. As my doctor advised that I should only be on the treatment for 3 months not 4 months. My Medical aid have already paid you on 23/05/2018, so who will refund me? I have not yet collected the meds AS I DO NOT NEED THEM. MY TREATMENT IS COMPLETED!!!!
