On the 5th of August my mother went out for shopping at clicks stores Denlyn shopping centre in Mamelodi she bought 1 pack of pampers price of R179 using a bank card, to find out on the next day that the is 2 transactions on card. She went back to the shop for refund they said its a bank problem she went to the bank it was confirmed that 2 transactions went off of the same item by the way it is showing on the bank statement.

She went back to the shop to query with no solution. Poor 60 years old sent from pillar to post even today no luck visited the shop 4 times

So this is how clicks cashiers operate taking/*****ing from old people this is horrible, ****.
