Damaged Products from Clicks Online

I recently bought a Kambrook Pressure Cooker 6 Litres, a Kambrook Steam & Spray Iron 2600W and a Kambrook Digital Air Fryer 5.5L online. The items were respectively in their own packaging and they were then inserted in bigger boxes. The Kambrook Pressure Cooker 6 Litres and the Kambrook Steam & Spray Iron 2600W were in 1 bigger box and the Kambrook Digital Air Fryer 5.5L was in a different box. The Kambrook Pressure Cooker 6 Litres package was not sealed and it was torn. This raised a concern for me. I opened the package and the cooker was damaged, it had a visibly big dent on it. I had to return it to a Clicks store as it is their return policy. Firstly, the reason I buy online, is to avoid physically going to stores and queueing as it is time consuming. But now when an online stores delivers visibly damaged products, it defeats the whole purpose of buying online as I end up going to the stores for exchanges. What I want to know, is how was this skipped? Is Clicks Online taking chances delivering damaged products? Are there no checks when packaging products? When the physical cooker was put in the packaging, did they not see that the product has a dent on it? When the package was put in the bigger box, did they not see that the package is already damaged? How can 2 processes be skipped or ignored? This is really an inconvenience
