Damaged goods thats a Health risk

The metal hairline tag on a bottle of yardley gelac *****ed me yesterday that I was actually bleeding. When I reported it to the saleslady standing right there to tell her take this off.. She said only the tellers can take off that tag I was referring to the bottle with my blood and she just put the bottle back. Now im thinking what if someone else also *****ed themselve on that same bottle.. I'm panicked and scared.. What now Clicks???
