Damage to personal item

On the evening of 7th Jan I shopped at Clicks on the V+A waterfront, when i got home i realsied that my hand bag is dicloured, by blue ink, as the clicks crry bag was the only bag i had , i checked and discovered that it was the ink of the carrybag that had scuffed againist my handbag, THe handbag <br> (Polo) bag was agift from my children has sentimental value attached to it.<br> <br> Could a representaive from CLicks urgently contact me to reslove the matter<br> <br> <br>
