Dainfern square Clicks manager

I bought a blender at Clicks Dainfern on the 2nd of June, I used it the first day I bought it, and then when I used it again on the 5th of June it just came out smoke. I called clicks servicing department, and they sent proof of purchase on email because I had lost my receipt. I asked if I could use this to get a refund seeing that I lost my receipt and they agreed. I went back to Clicks Dainfern with the blender and Nosipho who is the manager there refused to attend to me. She tested the blender and it was still coming our smoke but despite testing it, Nosipho still did not want to give me a refund and insisted that I take the same blender again. She was shouting at me and treated me unfairly.
