Custumar service

Clicks is suppose to open it store doors an 09:00 on a Sunday. But today 17 May 15 we have being waiting for approx 5 min to open the store door. When they opened the door I walked in and the security guy told me to wait because no tellers were available. I then told him the doors were suppose to open at 09:00. I walked into the store to take what i needed. In the mean time they closed the door again behind me. People were hammering at the closed door. they did not open. Approx 5 min after I entered the store they opened the doors. I collected whatever I needed and went to the pharmacy and to my surprise they were still closed. I left the pharmacy and went to pay for my items and could not believe it, THE TELLERS WERE NOT READY YET. All in all nearly 15 min went by. It is not the first time it happens. They are always late to open the doors and the tellers is not ready yet. I t was not the first time. Today I was very upset and told them that I am going to report them. This is not a good image for Clicks.
