Customers Dont Count & Have no rights

we purchased goods to the value of R1850 from Clicks at The Glen we have vouchers to the value of R730.00 the store would not honour our vouchers as they moving to a new system on Monday 23rd March. The manager was rude unprofessional not interested and totally unhelpful. just excuses. We called customer care who unsurprisingly was also unhelpful not prepared to log our call and should no professional customer care in fact they where not interested. They did not log the call nor gave me a reference number because clicks does not care for customers. I also explained it was a good experience we want to Dischem bouight the same goods saved R280.00 and the service was excdellent. I will not put my into a Clicks store ever again, this was the last previously they gave my aged mother the wrong medication effected the eye operation and guess what clicks did nothing wasted my time.
