Customers do not come first

So Ive decided to take a mini break from work yesterday and get some things at clicks Honeydew Village.

Upon arrival my wife and I went isle to isle getting the items required and then proceeded to the tills.

We were the only two people standing in the “queue” while the woman at the till helps a staff member purchasing. 2 minutes later they call another staff member to assist them so we standing and watching 3 staff members busy at 1 till while not one of them thought to help the actual customers. Eventually 5 minutes after standing there without assistance we ask if anyone is going to help us in which they respond with a snotty attitude that someone is on their way, I wonder from where since we stood there for so long without assistance and eventually left everything and walked out.

Is this normal practice for Clicks because I definitely wont be going back there even though we visited on a regular basis.

I am disgusted by what we have experienced there!
