Customer Service that goes above and beyond

I was ar Clicks Westguard earlier this afternoon and I got assisted by Colette Jones. What a super star! I have worked in Customer Services before but I've never witnessed someone so charming and just great.

It was already 2PM in the afternoon but she was so bubbly that I couldn't but smile behind my mask!

I truly meant what I said to her: I wish her all the best in life! I hope she gets promoted or at least grooms all the other staff members on service of excellence.
