Customer service

I needed not your everyday request assistance from the manager, instead the assistant manager of the shop was just too quick to turn me away and say sorry I can't help you.

I tried to explain what I was looking for and in a time frame, but she already made her mind up of it is too much work to do it.

It shows that people don't walk the extra mile in customer service anymore or maybe it was because I was white I don't know. When these things happens we do tend to think that is the reason.
