Customer service

Me and my wife went to clicks pharmacy at Tsakane mall yesterday to get my chronic medication from MedExpress as always and as always there was one person working there so the Q was slow as we expected. We waited then finally it was our turn to be helped and to our shock that one rude lady who goes by the name of Phindile Vilakazi gave us an attitude before we even arrived at the counter. She did not greet us she just shouted, "Do you have a script?!". I don't expect that coming from an employee that is working for a company like Clicks it's not the first time she has done this, making us feel like we are in a public clinic with rude staff members. What makes it worse is that she did not stop there as we were trying to explain our situation she just said let me call my manager, jusike that. No greeting, smile she does not show compassion towards customers. I myself work for a private hospital and we are always told to smile no matter how our mood or mood of the patient is. That lady does not belong in clicks company she my just get a job at a government clinic because she behaves exactly like them. And it is not the first time she has done this I even doubt that she has the proper training of using the computer because last time she told us that my medication is not there she can not find it on the system while it was there. We were eventually helped by LIndiwe who knows what she is doing like the other staff in clicks. Please give her proper training on how to handle customers please we can not stand her anymore!!!
