Customer service

The customer service in Clicks Cape Town station needs work. Barely anyone greets. Secondly when I ask for help I am directed to another person and the she don't even really help. And when I ask yet another person she gives a different answer to the other lady. It was first time and sadly the last time I will be entering that store. They just dnt have any customer service training
