Customer importance
I have just called clicks Brackenhurst and after trying 4 times - no answer, gave up, I then called Clicks Meyersdal to query my co- payment on a script, Gap answered the phone, how rude, did not properly greet me, I explained that I only need to find out what my co-payment would be if I came to collect my medicine, he the responded with we don't accept fax copies??? WTH? So he didn't even listen to my question, he then said there is a lot of people infront of him so he will call me back, he spoke so unclear I had to ask him to repeat his name 3 times! If there ws a lot of people infront of him why did he answer the phone... AND am I not just as important as the walk in customers??? Clearly not!!! Pathetic service!
