Customer humiliation

Had the most horrible experience and was humiliated, and a very ****** manager to say the least. They refused me to pay for items I had forgotten to pay for after I had already purchased several items, I am 6months pregnant and was with my 3years old son and the manager wanted me to be taken to jail. As a a waterfront citizen I am highly disappointed and appelled by the manager’s and security behaviour wanting get me arrested. When being search by the “under cover security” she went to length of unpacking all my groceries and without my consent and opening my son’s backpack thereafter accusing of *****ing the toys that were in my son’s backpack by questioning where were purchased to which I explained I don’t know as it was he’s birthday gifts, than went interrogating about when is/was my son’s birthday, the staff members went on taking pictures of me without my consent and at this point I am not sure where my son is part of these pictures, the staff members went on interrogating me about where I stay to which I told them I leave at the waterfront and I must say the way they were asking that question came of ****** as they kept on asking me where I stay constantly as if where I stay would validate me “shoplifting” nevertheless the manager open a case against me I was than sent to the waterfront police station in the process of that I had to call my husband to collect our son. The main aim for clicks Waterfront manager was to get me arrested and for the “undercover security” will be getting some money for catching me my husband pleaded with the cops we due to travel out of the country the 10th of October and thankfully the cops understood that it an honest mistake and due to my condition they understood however I am not sitting with a ******** case and I’m due to appear in court the 1st October over something that could’ve have been easily resolved therefore I will not be able to travel out of the country even after this case gets dismissed. To say the least I’m highly disappointed and clearly that store was trying to set an example with me. They could have actually handled that situation better, in fact in do feel that it was a white pregnant this wouldn’t have happened!
