Customer experiance

My mum had a bad service experience in my Home Town (Phalaborwa), I laid a complaint at Clicks customer Care, which the matter was resolved and they gave me a feedback report of what transpired exactly and how they are to deal with the stuff in question. Really happy and made my own visit to check how they deal with elderly people after my mum's incident. Big up to Clicks
