Customer complaint

Clicks has the worst online service. They give false information on their website about their delivery time and don't even communicate with regards to their late delivery. I tried contacting them several times on Twitter and they requested my contact details and my order numbers. LOL you think they ever contacted me at all? I texted them again, they just kept on lying to me saying they will contact me. It's been 2 weeks now. All I want to say no matter how busy you are to go to the Clicks store, NEVER EVER buy from Clicks online. They have the worst service on earth.
