Customer Complain

I was so disturbed by the level of disrespect, arrogance and bullying portrayed by Pfarelo Malada (as per name tag) on the 23rd September 2023 at clicks Sancardia. Clicks is a more of a place where sick people rely on it to solve their different sicknesses through medication. And I must put it out there that the pharmacy staff are very professional and they know what they are doing.

But the incident as mentioned above it looked like someone from the front shop was speaking to one of the pharmacy staff in a very uncalled for and unprofessional way. I would like to believe that every organization has a way of addressing internal issues in a professional manner in order to sustain its reputation but not in the way i witnessed. What is so sensitive is that this was done Infront of customers/patients. This kind of behavior is totally unacceptable and I would like management to take this matter seriously as all the patients in the pharmacy queue were very disappointed by this guys behavior. it is quiet clear as well that this person behaves likes this every now and then as the staff looked so scared as well.

I ended up not buying the medication and if this is norm i am considering taking my support somewhere else.

I would like this to be properly investigated and corrective and severe actions be take against this guy.
