Customer Abuse

I work as a Professional Nurse at a Clicks Store. A customer came in on Friday afternoon at 1600. He did not have an appointment. I wa finishing off with another client. All our work is done on a PC. I heard him tell another customer that arrieved hat I was igmoring them. I stats I wa not ognoring him but that I had to finish with one client before i couls start another. He rambled on about me loving my computor. I again stated that our whole job was on the pc. He said oh I know you people. I said "what people" You white people he said! I did say thet itt is people like you that cause problems in SA. I stated that my husband had been a man of colour. He said"where is he" I said he died. This client the stated" you ****ed him" At that point I asked him and his wife to leave my clinic. I do not have to put up with that level of abuse. The customer is not always right so when he complains on Hello Peter as he said he was going to do, please read my story as well. And I have a witenss as the other client witnessed the whole incident.
