Their processing time for a order is way too long and when I asked for a refund, they told me that I should either upload the refunds on my club card or I can wait 17 - 20 working days for debit/EFT

17 - 20 working days???? That is absurd for such a huge company whereass companies overseas have a 48hr refund policy for you. They are ****** by trying to force you into using their bad service again bc they know people are not gonna wait a whole month for a refund
