**** Russel Hobbs toaster

On the 24th of September I went to Clicks and bought a Russel Hobbs toaster. To my surprise on the 25th it didn't work hence I took it back on the 26 of September. When I got to Clicks in Rivonia they told me they don't have stock but called Clicks in Sunninghill who affirmed that they had stock and would exchange it but when I got to Clicks in Sunning hill the Manager there spoke to me in Tswana which I didn't understand and I kept on talking to him in English. He said they don't exchange, the other Clicks gave me wrong information but it can only be repaired! This toaster is less than a 3 days old in my care! The whole staff now stopped whatever they were doing and were giving inputs to our conversation. It felt like they all had something to say of which I wasn't too keen to listen to. I'm so disappointed in Russel Hobbs cos I thought it was a good product! The contradicting statements I got @ Clicks made me drive from pillar to post without assistance!
