CPA Act not acknowledged!!!

Good Day I am very disappointed with the service I received from clicks at checkers center in Polokwane Limpopo province on Friday afternoon 09-10-2020 , I wanted to buy Ponds Toner the price shown on the rags was R87. 99 but when I got to the till the so called manager that assisted me said the price was R99.99 and I told her I want the price I saw on the rags and she said no she will not give me for that price, I then took a picture as evidence and asked her doesn't she know CPA act I pay what I see and she still said no...please give this lady training because clearly she doesn't know the Consumer Protection Act, and I am a loyal customer for many years.
