Covid vaccination site

Very annoyed client! Made a booking on clicks covid vaccination site for a weekend appointment only to get to my appointment and be told they do not vaccinate on weekends and that they don't use the booking system. How inconvenient to not notify clients that they do not vaccinate on weekends! Customer care agent was nonchalant and rude.
