Could not use Iemas Purchase card

I wanted to swipe my Iemas purchase card and the lady told me that they do not accept it. I asked her to call her supervisor , after explaining to her that all they need to do is swipe the card that it does not need a pin , they both looked confused like headless chickens. the supervisor was loud and very unprofessional and she told me that unfortunately they cannot assist that they do not accept that card and have not seen such a card before.<br> <br> I felt humiliated because of the way they were going on and on about the card , like I was trying to commit a crime or something. That Mpule gal looked tired and uninterested, not even friendly.
