Continuous Old Mascara at Clicks

I am annoyed by the quality of make up products ar Clicks, Graaff-Reinet. I have bought 2 mascaras from Clicks and both times they were old and crumbling within the 1st week of buying it. This is annoying when you pay for expensive mascaras and they are old and mess on your face even though they are brand new.
