CONTINUOUS DISPENSING OF INCORRECT MEDICATION

On Sunday the 27th of September I went to Clicks in Beacon Bay and was served by Philiswa. <br> <br> Philiswa dispensed my medication. On my arrival at home and closer checking of my medication, i realized that I had ONCE AGAIN been dispensed the incorrect amount of tablets. I was given 30 instead of 90 tablets. This is not the first time. It seems to be a regular, monthly occurrence that there will be something wrong with my medication that is being dispensed. One month they even dispensed the incorrect medication and I had to return to change it.<br> <br> There always seems to be something, whether it be with the quantity of tablets or having no stock. It's just so frustrating dealing with them.
